Changes cannot be made to your subscription until after your first order has shipped. Our orders process very quickly and cannot be modified once placed. Any changes must be made before the next subscription order ships. If made after, the change will reflect on your next shipment.

Yes, you may cancel your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘Manage Subscription’ section. If you choose to cancel your subscription and would like to renew, you will need to start a new subscription for the desired product.
